These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 8mbt website at 8mbt.ws (the "Platform") and all services provided through it, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and account management functions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 8mbt ("We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity. 8mbt may require age verification documentation at any time.
• 1.2You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as players.
• 1.3You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• 1.4Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access the betting and gaming features of 8mbt you must create an account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 8mbt may verify the information you provide at registration and at any point during your use of the Platform.

• 2.1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8mbt will never ask for your password by message or email. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• 2.2Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether or not you authorised it. If you share your credentials with another person and losses or fraudulent activity result, 8mbt accepts no liability.

• 2.48mbt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where prohibited conduct is suspected, KYC verification fails, or where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• 2.5You must keep your personal details (including mobile number and email address) up to date in your account settings. 8mbt uses your registered mobile number for account recovery purposes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 8mbt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment channels including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 8mbt does not accept international wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or third-party payments from accounts not registered in your name.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit flow.
• 3.2Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise verified and approved by 8mbt support. This policy helps protect against fraud and money laundering.
• 3.3Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. Requests submitted while an active bonus is in play will be processed after the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• 3.48mbt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) on their end. Standard processing times are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. 8mbt will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals on the same business day for amounts within standard limits.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

8mbt offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented. General bonus rules are set out in the clauses below.

• 4.1Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 4.2Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• 4.38mbt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where evidence of bonus abuse is detected.
• 4.4Free spins credited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to maximum win caps and wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any winnings derived from free spins in excess of a stated cap may be removed without notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8mbt. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• 5.1Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name or another person's identity, for any purpose including bonus abuse.
• 5.2Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any automated fashion not intended for normal player use.
• 5.3Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any attempt to manipulate game or sporting event outcomes. Such activity may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
• 5.4Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or processing delays in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be removed.

6. Termination and Amendments

8mbt may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if 8mbt is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction, or if continued operation of your account is considered a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its users. Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

You may close your 8mbt account at any time by contacting customer support through the Support page. Upon voluntary closure, any balance remaining after deducting applicable bonus amounts will be returned via the same payment method as your last withdrawal or deposit, subject to identity verification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. 8mbt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8mbt does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability. 8mbt will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint about any aspect of 8mbt's service, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance through the Support page. 8mbt will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within a reasonable time frame. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
